Summary

The 2024 TV mini series The Penguin follows Oswald "Oz" Cobb (Colin Farrell) as he attempts to take control of Gotham City's criminal underworld. The series is a prequel to The Batman (2022) and is set after the assassination of mob boss Carmine Falcone.
